Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Oxford. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, and developing the skills of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales Team: Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Ensure the efficient management of the store, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Develop Team Members: Identify training and development needs for team members and provide coaching and mentoring to improve sales and customer service skills.
- Maximize Sales Potential: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize sales potential and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven Retail Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the audio visual industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Sales and Customer Service: Proven sales and customer service skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize sales potential and profitability.
