Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a passion for sales and customer service, and coach your team to deliver exceptional results.
- Drive Store Performance: Deliver daily, weekly, and yearly targets, and ensure your team understands their role in achieving these goals.
- Review and Improve: Analyze store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive growth.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee stock levels, minimize stock loss, and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Develop Your Team: Coach and mentor staff, conduct regular 1:1s, and recognize achievements to drive team success.
- Recruit and Retain: Identify talent, passion, and spark in potential candidates, and build a high-performing team.
