Deputy Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at a high-profile location in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established luxury brand as they continue to grow and succeed.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality retail management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock, controlling budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee the visual merchandising and store layout to ensure a high-quality shopping environment
  • Monitor and control stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure the store is operating within budget
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury brand
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
