Deputy Store Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Whittard Trading Ltd. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, enabling you to offer expert advice and recommendations.
  3. Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining high standards across day-to-day operations, including cash handling, deliveries, and reporting.
  4. Team Leadership: Support the Store Manager in managing the store team, including staff onboarding, training, and performance management.
  5. Target Achievement: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve individual and collective targets, tracking KPIs and taking corrective action as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Retail Experience: Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  2. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  3. Problem-Solving: A solution-focused mindset, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  4. Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
