**Job Summary**
The Perfume Shop is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Westgate Oxford store.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and coaching your team to do the same.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and yearly targets, and ensure your team knows what they need to do each shift to meet expectations.
- Review store performance and implement action plans to address any challenges.
- Utilize key holders to ensure the store is opened and closed at the correct times, adhering to all security procedures.
- Prepare and issue store rotas.
- Be responsible for stock inventory, minimizing stock loss through effective actions.
- Coach and mentor staff, setting them up for success through regular 1:1s, performance monitoring, and recognition of achievements.
- Recruit talented team members who embody the company's values of talent, passion, and spark.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an assistant or store manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strategic thinking and hands-on approach to store operations.
- Commercial mindset, understanding sales, service, profit, and loss.
- Flexibility with work patterns.
