In this role, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist with various back-office functions. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, website, telephone, and in person, providing accurate and appropriate advice and information.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay organised in a busy and diverse role. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a generous holiday package of 25 days, plus bank holidays, and access to exclusive retail discounts.
