Regional Sales and Business Development Director

As a key member of the KPI Recruiting team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and business development in the Northern region.
With a strong focus on strategic sales and business development, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to pursue them
