Job Title: Personalized Guest Experience Manager

Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests and driving business growth through exceptional customer service? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Personalized Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

As a Personalized Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored experiences for our guests, leveraging your expertise to drive engagement and loyalty. You will work closely with the Front Office team to promote inter-hotel sales and in-house restaurants and facilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted strategies. You will also need to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting the challenges of a changing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and implement tailored experiences for our guests, leveraging expertise to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Front Office team to promote inter-hotel sales and in-house restaurants and facilities.
  • Analyze complex data and develop targeted strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
