At Higos Insurance Services, we are seeking a Corporate Account Executive / Commercial Manager to join our successful regional team based in Southampton (Park Gate).

This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills as a Senior/Corporate Account Executive while supporting and managing your team to achieve the required renewals and new business results.

You will need good commercial insurance knowledge built on a career in broking and enjoy the challenge of being a central point of contact and leading others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow new business
  • Leading a team of account executives to achieve sales targets
  • Ensuring all monies are collected and allocated appropriately
  • Carrying out regular audits and feedback sessions with team members
  • Completing training and development as required
