Nuclear Safety Assessment Specialist Placement Programme

As a Nuclear Safety Assessment Specialist Placement Programme participant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for assessing and mitigating risks associated with nuclear facilities and operations. Your primary focus will be on developing and reviewing safety cases to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct hazard assessments and risk analyses to identify potential safety concerns
- Develop and review safety cases to justify the tolerability of nuclear, radiological, environmental, and conventional hazards
- Liaise with diverse stakeholders, including operators, facility management, engineers, and regulators
- Contribute to the production and review of safety assessments and justifications
