We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at DeverellSmith. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling luxury homes to potential buyers and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming Potential Buyers: Greet and engage with potential buyers, providing them with information about the properties available.
  • Conducting Viewings: Accompany potential buyers on viewings of show homes and other properties, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
  • Responding to Queries: Respond to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process, providing clear and concise information.
  • Building Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, estate agents, and developers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns to promote our luxury homes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales and potential buyers, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Liaising with Professionals: Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the home buying process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 depending on experience, with an OTE of £45,000 - £50,000.
