Job Summary

Invictus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a large commercial facility. This role involves the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems within various areas of the building, including offices, a canteen, and packaging and shipment rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular testing of emergency light and sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless maintenance operations and minimize downtime.
Working Hours and Benefits

Requirements
