Salary: £39,000 per annum
Role Summary:
Invictus Recruitment is looking for a proficient HVAC Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep and repair of HVAC systems within a large commercial establishment. This position is critical for ensuring optimal performance across various operational areas, including office spaces, dining facilities, and logistics zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.
  • Conduct weekly testing of emergency lighting and sprinkler systems.
  • Monitor and verify that all HVAC apparatus operates efficiently and safely.
  • Address maintenance requests and issues in a timely manner.
  • Keep precise records of all maintenance activities undertaken.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • One day per week: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (dedicated to emergency light and sprinkler system testing)
  • Opportunities for overtime are available.
