Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a large commercial facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems within various areas of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
  • Conduct emergency light and sprinkler system testing
  • Ensure all HVAC equipment is operating efficiently and safely
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
  • One day per week: 5am-1:30pm (for emergency light and sprinkler system testing)
  • Overtime opportunities available
