Job Overview:


Invictus Recruitment is on the lookout for a proficient HVAC Systems Maintenance Specialist to become a vital part of our client's operations at a significant commercial establishment in Daventry.

This position entails the upkeep and servicing of HVAC systems across diverse sections of the facility, which encompasses administrative areas, dining facilities, and logistics zones.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute scheduled maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
  • Perform weekly testing of emergency lighting and sprinkler systems
  • Guarantee that all HVAC apparatus functions efficiently and safely
  • Address maintenance requests and issues in a timely manner
  • Keep precise records of all maintenance tasks

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm
  • One day per week: 5am - 1:30pm (dedicated to emergency light and sprinkler system testing)
  • Opportunities for overtime available
