Position Overview

Location: Daventry
Salary: £39,000 basic salary
Role Summary:
Invictus Recruitment is looking for a proficient HVAC Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep and repair of HVAC systems within a substantial commercial establishment. This position entails ensuring optimal functionality of HVAC systems across various sections of the facility, including office spaces, dining areas, and logistics zones.
Key Duties:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
  • Perform weekly testing of emergency lighting and sprinkler systems
  • Guarantee that all HVAC apparatus operates efficiently and safely
  • Address maintenance requests and issues in a timely manner
  • Keep precise records of all maintenance activities
Working Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
  • One day per week: 5am-1:30pm (dedicated to emergency light and sprinkler system testing)
  • Opportunities for overtime available
