Educational Support Professional for Children with SEN

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in Tamworth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to connect with children who require additional support.
About the RoleThis position involves working closely with teachers and students to enhance academic achievement and overall well-being. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide individualized support to meet the unique needs of each student
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop tailored lesson plans
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly valued
- A Teaching Assistant qualification would be beneficial, but not necessary
- Demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with students and staff
- Competitive daily rate: £80+
- Term-time only schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.30am start
- Temporary contract with opportunities for extension based on performance
