BookBrunch Limited is seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Central London International Rights Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the international rights team's workload, including coordinating schedules, preparing rights guides, and liaising with authors and international publishers.

They will also be required to work closely with the contracts assistant to ensure department databases are up-to-date and accurate.

The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 per annum, taking into account the high cost of living in Central London.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the team's schedule and coordinate book fairs and international trips
  2. Develop and maintain department databases
  3. Collaborate with the contracts assistant to ensure database accuracy
  4. Support the international rights team in preparing manuscripts for submission
  5. Monitor payments and chase outstanding debts
  6. Maintain effective relationships with authors and international publishers
  7. Contribute to general office administration
