About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a quality hospitality environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for handling internal and external event enquiries, managing private dining and events reservations, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be required to work closely with the hospitality management and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
