About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Central London on a contract basis. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality recruitment services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- To manage the entire recruitment process from role creation to successful placement
- To work closely with our hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
- To maintain accurate records of all recruitment activity and provide regular updates to our clients
- To ensure that all recruitment processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Coordinator in a large organisation
- Proven experience of working within 360 recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other recruitment tools
