Sales Performance Manager

Are you a driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Grantham-based team as a Recruitment Consultant.
The role offers an uncapped commission scheme, with the potential to earn £50k in the first year. You will also benefit from a bonus scheme and an OTE of £35-£50k.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to excel in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and candidates, and driving sales growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a proven track record of success in sales or recruitment, and be able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the industry.
