Adult Healthcare Support Worker

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Adult Healthcare Assistants. Our service user, a teenage girl in Accrington, requires assistance with personal care, repositioning, and clinical observations during the night.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
- Reposition and move the service user safely and comfortably
- Conduct clinical observations and report any concerns to the supervising nurse
The successful candidate will be a valued member of our team, working collaboratively to ensure the service user receives high-quality care and support. We offer competitive pay rates, confirmed rotas, and full clinical training.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in healthcare or care settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
