Rural Property Coordinator

We are delighted to partner with a reputable legal services firm based in the heart of England. As a result, we are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join their Residential Conveyancing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating audio typing and document processing tasks
- Managing diaries for fee earners and ensuring seamless communication
- Responding promptly to client phone calls and addressing their queries
- Opening files efficiently and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support to the department
Key Responsibilities
- To have at least 3 years' experience working as a legal secretary, preferably in Residential Conveyancing
- To possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- To demonstrate independence, initiative, and self-motivation
- To maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in typing and document processing
- To have experience using audio and copy typing software
Salary and Benefits
This permanent position comes with a competitive salary range of £23,000-£27,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide exceptional support to the team.
