Strategic Partnerships and Growth Manager

The Strategic Partnerships and Growth Manager will play a vital role in the growth, development, and delivery of Revoluton Arts' ambitious goals. Working closely with the CEO/Creative Director, this position will be responsible for delivering the Creative People and Places project while developing the organisation's capacity as a producer of bold new work.
Key objectives include building a sustainable business model through collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, maintaining a positive working culture that is inclusive and ambitious, and reflecting and celebrating Luton's diversity across various dimensions. This leadership position requires strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, and strategic thinking to drive organisational growth.
