We are seeking a highly ambitious and commercially-minded Sales Growth and Partnerships Director to join our team at Jems Recruitment Ltd. As a SaaS Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional sales performance.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our SaaS product area, develop your skills, and contribute to the company's continued success. You will work closely with our global team to build relationships with new partners and resellers, identify and qualify new sales opportunities, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Building and Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute sales strategies, achieving revenue targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and support to partners, helping them to succeed in selling our SaaS solutions.
  • Industry Insights and Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve, monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform our partner strategy.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years experience: In SaaS product-based sales, preferably in a partner sales role.
  • Proven Results: A track record of delivering results-driven sales performance and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, inspiring collaboration and driving success.
