Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House and Bar team at Layered Reality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the bar, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, conducting ticket checks and supporting entry procedures.
  • Provide assistance during in-show operations, promoting and upselling merchandise and photos related to the immersive experience.
  • Work the bar, waiting tables, and crafting a variety of drinks and cocktails.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest enquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • A good attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations.
  • Confidence in working as part of a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
