Immersive Experience Host and Bar Staff

At Layered Reality, we're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House and Bar team as an Immersive Experience Host and Bar Staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Conduct ticket checks and support entry procedures
  • Provide assistance during in-show operations
  • Promote and upsell merchandise and photos related to the immersive experience
  • Enhance guest engagement and immersion
  • Wait tables and craft a variety of drinks and cocktails
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest enquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Boost sales throughout the venue and enhance the guest experience by skillfully upselling our themed products
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation skills, maintaining a professional appearance at all times
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Confidence in working as part of a team and independently
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
