Front of House Manager Job Description

At The Fleet Hotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and reception area, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, and address guest complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff, schedule shifts, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee reservations, maintain accurate records, and prepare budgets.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement standard operating procedures, monitor inventory, and analyze data to improve guest services and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and other office applications.
