Children's Residential Mobile Support Worker

About the Role:
Break Charity is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mobile Support Worker to join our team. As a Mobile Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across various services, including residential and community settings, to provide consistent care and support to young people between the ages of 5 and 25.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to young people in residential and community settings.
- Work collaboratively with a range of professionals, including therapists and other support workers, to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A full, valid manual driving license.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
