Job Title: Territory Business Manager

Ted Experience is seeking an experienced Sales Team Supervisor to lead our sales team in the North of England. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and ensuring that our sales team meets its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales performance analysis and coaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 Field Sales Executives, providing expert support, and delivering high-quality sales training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To drive sales performance and ensure KPIs are met by the sales team.
  • To provide expert support and guidance to the sales team.
  • To deliver exceptional sales training and coaching to the sales team.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum. We offer a comprehensive bonus structure, corporate expense card for business costs, five days paid training, and pension scheme.
