The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to take full responsibility for projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the built environment and experience managing projects from start to finish. They will be highly competent with JCT/NEC forms of contract and possess excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Lead and motivate junior members of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement project strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the built environment.
- Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
- Highly competent with JCT/NEC forms of contract.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Working towards professional qualification with MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB.
