Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Join HQW Aerospace, a world-renowned manufacturer of super precision bearings, as a Payroll Specialist. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage our entire payroll process.

About the Role:

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for approximately 360 employees. This includes:

  • Preparing and processing monthly payroll, including salaried and hourly employees
  • Ensuring accurate calculation of wages, overtime, shift allowances, bonuses, deductions, and tax
  • Reviewing and verifying timekeeping records and resolving discrepancies
  • Handling payroll adjustments and retroactive payments as needed
  • Assisting with BACS transmissions and FPS/EPS
  • Generating and distributing payroll reports for management, finance, and auditing purposes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in payroll, such as CIPP or AAT
  • Experience with payroll software, preferably SAP
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
