Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our Mission Systems Strategic Business Unit of Collins Aerospace, based in a dynamic business environment.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Value Stream Leader, the Project Director will support a portfolio of development engineering and production programmes, meeting business short-to-medium term financial commitments and longer-term strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of complex engineering and production projects to time and cost
  • Product Lifecycle management
  • High level of customer focus
  • Drive and achievement to realise plans, including milestone achievement, SPI, CPI, risk and opportunity management
  • Monthly project reporting and accountability for financial and overall project performance
  • Managing and building effective internal and external relationships
  • Crisp and clear communicator, with proven presenting experience
  • Strategic thinking ability
