About the Role: We are seeking a talented Business Graduate to join our team at HQW Aerospace UK. As a Business Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting the business in delivering to customers such as Rolls Royce, MBDA, Safran, NASA and Thales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes.

* Analyse manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

* Engage in ongoing training programs to build technical and leadership skills and explore industry leading initiatives.

Requirements:

* Degree / master's in business, Manufacturing / Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong analytical and critical thinking / problem-solving skills, with a specific interest in manufacturing.

* Highly numerate and comfortable with data analysis.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
