Job Summary

Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Vehicle Delivery Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle delivery, and working closely with our customers to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver vehicles to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Work closely with our repair teams to ensure vehicles are delivered in a safe and roadworthy condition.
  • Identify opportunities to promote customer satisfaction and help embed a culture of customer-centricity within our organisation.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to promote our services and products to customers.

Requirements

  • A strong customer-focused background, with experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Driving experience with the ability to drive all types of customer vehicles, including cars and long-wheel-based vans.
  • A clean Full UK Driver's licence.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • PC literate, with experience using software applications to manage customer data and track vehicle deliveries.
