Job Summary

Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Vehicle Delivery Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle delivery, and working closely with our customers to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver vehicles to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with our repair centre teams to ensure vehicles are delivered in a safe and roadworthy condition.
  • Identify opportunities to promote customer satisfaction and improve our delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Requirements

  • A strong customer-focused background, with experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Driving experience with the ability to drive all types of customer vehicles, including cars and long-wheel-based vans.
  • A clean Full UK Driver's licence.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • PC literate, with experience using computer systems and software.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement.
