Job Summary

Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Vehicle Delivery Driver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle delivery, and working closely with our customers to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver vehicles to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with our repair centre teams to ensure vehicles are delivered in a safe and roadworthy condition
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during vehicle delivery, escalating to management as necessary
  • Contribute to the development of our customer service standards and processes

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid full UK driving license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move vehicles as required
