About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Vehicle Delivery Driver. As a key member of our Solus Accident Repair Centres team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of vehicles to our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Vehicle Delivery Driver, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering vehicles to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with our repair teams to ensure vehicles are delivered in a safe and roadworthy condition
  • Managing vehicle inventory and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to drive a variety of vehicle types
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
