Maintenance Engineer Role Overview

 

The role of a Maintenance Engineer at Stirling Warrington involves working 4 on 4 off with alternating days and nights. This requires the ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering continuous improvement, proactive maintenance, and timely repairs.
  • Diagnosing and resolving automation, electrical, and mechanical issues during breakdowns.
  • Maintaining high standards of safe working and adhering to KPIs such as OEE and CCOs.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in training and coaching others.
  • A Higher National Certificate (HNC) in electrical, automation, or multi-skilled engineering or equivalent experience.

 

A competitive salary of £**£40,000 - £55,000 per annum** is offered for this position, commensurate with experience.
