Nursing Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team at Cromwell Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide holistic and person-centred care and support to patients of all ages and in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, safe, and effective care and support to patients in a range of care settings.
- Ensure the privacy, dignity, and safety of individuals are always maintained.
- Monitor the condition and health needs of patients within their care on a continual basis in partnership with the members of the MDT team, families, and carers.
- Complete nursing risk assessments using recognised risk assessment tools.
- Contribute to the planning of care delivery in association with the Registered Nurse.
- Administer medication via oral, topical, and inhalation routes.
- Administer injections using subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular routes.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, providing clear verbal, digital, or written information and instructions when sharing information, delegating, or handing over responsibility for care.

Requirements- NMC registration.
- Appropriate experience in a Nursing Associate role.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Experience in risk assessment.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal presentation skills, and report writing.
- Time management skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
