About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our team at Orri UK. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the direction of the Nursing team and Clinical Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide a safe, effective, and caring service that meets the needs of our clients.
  • Observe, monitor, and record client presentations, communicating information in a timely manner to the clinical team.
  • Support the nursing team with weight monitoring, taking ECGs, performing and recording observations, and supporting with risk assessments and care planning.
  • Establish and develop effective working alliances with clients, their carers, and external teams.
  • Support the nursing team in maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and organized clinic room.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, raising and recording safeguarding concerns as appropriate, following Orri's safeguarding policy and procedure.
  • Attend regular clinical professional supervision and reflective practice.
  • Assist with clinical audits as directed by the nursing team.
  • Demonstrate ongoing personal development through participation in internal and external development opportunities.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, well-organized, and able to manage time and workload effectively in line with the needs of the service.
  • Operate within Orri's policies, guidelines, and protocols, and current Health and Safety at Work Legislation.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations as required.
Requirements
  • Client-focused and committed to supporting wellbeing and recovery in others.
  • Keen interest in learning about nursing.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • An interest in Eating Disorders and a passion for creating and working in an innovative specialist service.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and body language skills.
  • Good communication.

  • Ability to hold boundary.
  • Monday to Friday work pattern.
