Job Title: Nurse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Associate to join our team at Cromwell Hospital in London. As a Nurse Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our Outpatient department, specifically in the Orthopaedic clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic and person-centred care and support for patients of all ages and in various settings.
  • Work independently under the leadership of registered nurses, adhering to the nationally recognised code of conduct and Standards of Proficiency for Nursing Associates.
  • Contribute to the multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the care delivered within the Outpatient department.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Associate NMC Registration
  • Previous Associate experience
  • Experience in risk assessment
  • Outpatient experience (Desirable)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of codes and guidelines (NMC)
