Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nursing Associate to join our Outpatients team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our department's goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, maintaining high standards of care delivery and efficient management of patients.
  • Support registered nurses in caring for patients and carry out specific clinical care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency.
  • Supervise and delegate appropriately to support staff within the team and assess clinical and care advice when needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
Requirements
  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nursing Associate, with a strong understanding of clinical care and patient management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care, with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.
