About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. The successful candidate will work alongside the classroom teacher to help manage behaviour in the class and provide one-to-one mentoring to pupils in an inclusion room.

The school is an outstanding and over-subscribed comprehensive school for boys aged 11 to 16. They provide a wide range of educational experiences, including academic, sporting, musical, dramatic, debating, and public speaking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the classroom teacher to help manage behaviour in the class
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring to pupils in an inclusion room
  • Support students with behavioural and SEMH needs

Requirements

  • Experience working with children with challenging behaviour
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
