Software Engineer for Electronic Health Records Integration

We're seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team at Relaymed, a mission-driven company dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare by seamlessly integrating lab results into electronic health records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions to connect lab devices with electronic health records, minimizing errors and ensuring accurate results.
  • Navigate the interface between diagnostic machines and medical professionals, relying on output for critical decisions.

As a key member of our Edinburgh-based Engineering team, you'll collaborate in a flexible and innovative work environment, utilizing cloud-native tools to drive progress.

Requirements
  • Ship clean, tested code into production while adhering to quality standards and principles agreed upon by the team.
  • Prioritize collaboration through pair programming and agile development methodologies.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and React, as well as unit testing and E2E testing using Playwright.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly App Services and Functions.
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to apply them effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with generous holiday allowance, learning and development opportunities, private medical insurance, and social and recreational perks.

Relaymed is based around Edinburgh, and we prefer candidates who can commit to working from our office at least three days a week. This will provide you with flexibility to work from home while enjoying office collaboration and benefits.
