Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Bradford South. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that their stay with us is memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure that our rooms are clean and tidy, and that our guests have everything they need to make their stay comfortable.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, using our menu and drinks options to create a personalized experience.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to process payments.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
