Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Bradford South. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure that rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including cocktails and meals.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
