As a Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational running of the Care Services pharmacy, ensuring excellent customer care is provided at all times. You will work in partnership with a local network of care homes, store teams, and GP surgeries to deliver outstanding care to existing and new customers.

You will be the first point of contact for any issues raised by care homes and will need to resolve these queries in a timely manner. You will also work with the Regional Business Manager to become an ambassador for Boots within the local community and assist in the sign-up of new business.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
