We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our team at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

**Job Summary:**

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care pathways.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide expert nursing care to patients requiring emergency treatment and ongoing medical care.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.

- Utilize your skills and expertise to manage complex clinical situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

- Participate in shift handovers, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining accurate records.

**Requirements:**

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience as a Registered Nurse

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
