You will have the chance to enhance your skills as a Band 6 nurse, taking charge in the busy Paediatric Emergency Department on a shift basis, working long days and nights.
">Main Duties
">As a Paediatric Nurse Leader, you will provide leadership in the delivery of care to children, young people, and their families in the emergency department setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, supervising juniors, and maintaining effective channels of communication with patients, relatives, and all staff involved in providing care.
">Skill and Qualification Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- a degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification;">
- significant experience of working in an Emergency department environment;">
- substantial post-registration experience;">
